With Robert Nuzziato of Dania Florida driving at his side in their 2-525 HP power boat they are sure to bring true offshore racing madness. They were placed in second once again September 8th in Morehead City, North Carolina scoring 452 points. David Branch Sarasota Florida inherited investments in a Florida based company run by David Clinton Branch and his brother Daniel Branch. The company is referenced by several names such as Horizon Open MRI, Horizon Diagnostic Services, Horizon Medical Group, Horizon (city name) LLC, and Med Fund, LLC. The private placements for the individual locations took place around 1999. In 2000 (or 2001) the individual locations were rolled into a holding company called Med Fund, LLC. Part of the holding company was then made up of an officer-owned LLC by the name of JFB Holding.
David Branch still enjoys his muscle racing company (http://www.muscleracing.com/) and lives in Sarasota, Florida. His brother, Daniel also lives in Sarasota with his family. While they are living a very nice lifestyle and enjoying life on the beach, it seems like the Branch brothers are happy.
Mr. Branch began his career raising private equity in the energy field. In 1989 he founded DTS Inc. in Palm Beach, Florida. Soon the company was one of the largest independent energy trading companies in the country and was sold to the Guardian in 1993. Mr. Branch then sat as CEO on several other startup companies covering communications, real estate and medical industries. Most recently he founded and was CEO of Horizon MRI, operating 50 diagnostic centers in 5 states.Mr. Branch has successfully completed over 60 acquisitions with revenues in excess of 500 million dollars. Mr. Branch is a graduate of Loyola University in New Orleans, Louisiana and resides in Sarasota, Florida with his family.
